Directions: Shake well before use. Apply Liberally all over skin exposed to the sun. Breathe in and enjoy your new flavor. Reapply after 80 minutes of swimming, or in case of sweating and towel drying. This product contains ingredients that may stain clothing but should come off in the wash.
